Reservations will be processed upon receipt of the booking form by the campsite.
When booking a chalet or mobile home a deposit cheque for 30% of the total price, payable to the Trésor Public must accompany the booking form.
The campsite accepts rentals based on availability.
Pets are not allowed in the rental accommodation.
Bookings are by name, it is forbidden to sublet or assign a unit to a third party.
For reasons of insurance and safety, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants stipulated for the accommodation.
The booking becomes binding once a written confirmation has been issued by the campsite (mail or email).
Arrival and departure times
- Check in: after 12 pm
- Departure: before 12 pm
- Arrival: Saturday after 4 pm
- Departure: Saturday before 10 am
- Arrival: Friday after 4 pm
- Departure: Sunday before 6 pm
- Arrival: Monday after 4 pm
- Departure: Friday before 10 am
The campsite manager must be notified in writing (email or letter) of any delay in your arrival to retain your pitch or accommodation. If no news is received within 24 hours of your proposed arrival date, the manager reserves the right to dispose of the pitch or accommodation in question.
In case of cancellation of rental accommodation 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit cheque will be returned.
If cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount of the deposit will be retained by the campsite as compensation.
Cancellation insurance is provided by the French Federation of Camping and Caravanning at a cost of € 32 per family.
A magnetic card to open the campsite gate will be provided.
A deposit of € 30 to cover the loss or breakage of the card will be required together with the logbook of your vehicle.
For rental accommodation: a deposit of € 300 will be requested on the day of arrival, to ensure the accommodation is handed over in good condition as well as a € 50 deposit to ensure the accommodation is handed over perfectly clean.
The campsite staff carry out an inventory of the premises for each arrival.
The day before departure, you will be asked to make an appointment to agree the time of the departure inventory. Once the inventory has been completed to the satisfaction of the agent, your deposits will be refunded.
